A Masterpiece of Design and Craftsmanship in Costa Smeralda
Suspended between sky and sea, this exclusive villa overlooks Costa Smeralda from a wind-sculpted promontory. A project that blends luxury and functionality, enhancing the connection between indoors and outdoors through large windows that frame the surrounding landscape.
MiniatiLab oversaw the bespoke creation of both the interior and exterior spaces, covering 1,270 sqm, based on a design by Exclusiva Design. Thanks to a high-precision scanning survey, every element was designed with exceptional accuracy.
At the heart of the craftsmanship are 500 sqm of natural Tabu wood paneling, featuring 45-degree cuts that follow the fluid lines of the space. Eighteen doors were created—hinged, pivot, and sliding—with custom handles and high-quality hardware. Enhancing the interiors are polished steel details, wood inlays and pearlescent lacquers.
The true strength of the project lies in the harmony between materials and colors: the warmth of natural wood blends with elegant lacquers and a sophisticated interplay of mirrors and crystals, amplifying the light and creating a dialogue with the landscape.
Installation was carried out by a specialized team to ensure seamless continuity between design and execution. An ambitious challenge, made possible by the use of precious materials and exceptional craftsmanship, resulting in a space where tradition meets innovation.
