A Design and Craftsmanship Excellence in the St. Petersburg Spa
This exclusive project embodies an idea of wellness and privacy through bespoke design, transforming each space into a unique sensory experience. Sophisticated geometries, fine materials, and artisanal details bring to life an environment where luxury and innovation meet in perfect harmony.
Based on the design concept, MiniatiLab handled the creation of custom furnishings for a 1,500 sqm spa, combining cutting-edge technology with the highest-quality craftsmanship.
The entrance is defined by a spectacular 4-meter-high wood paneling that elegantly follows the curved perimeter walls, made possible by molds and a special membrane press. The paneling continues to the upper floor, seamlessly integrating with the large wine cellar, framed in super mirror-finished steel.
The heart of the living area is a sculptural, over-20-meter-long sofa, built with a complex interlocking structure in curved solid wood and plywood. MiniatiLab also crafted the furnishings for the cinema room, featuring shaped leather-covered walls, and for the library, where a refined composition of volumes plays with solids and voids. At the center, a striking bronzed brass element incorporates two hidden “ad notam” screens and a bioethanol fireplace.
An ambitious and meticulous project, in which MiniatiLab masterfully blended artisanal skill and innovation, contributing to the prestige and success of this extraordinary creation.
