DESCRIPTION

The ePOP-ZEB project allowed the development of an innovative system for the construction of modular wooden buildings integrated with a Smart platform for the optimized energy management and with a BIM system (Building Information Modeling) for the digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of the building components.

A prototype of the building has been built in Colleferro at the facilities of Spazio Attivo of Lazio Innova and represents a laboratory (Smart City Lab of Rome and Lazio) that will act as a catalyst for companies and regional research centres working in the topics of the project.

ATTIVITÀ

Le attività principali del progetto hanno riguardato la costruzione dei seguenti sottosistemi integrati:

Subsystem A
ePOP House

Prototype complete with modular, wooden building in A4 format.

Subsystem B
Smart Platform

Prototype of a software-hardware platform for the improved management of energy and monitoring and control of energetic and functional parameters.

Subsystem C
BIM Methodology

System of the digital representation of the building’s components’ physical and functional features.

FUNDS
The project is co-financed in the framework of the POR-FESR 2014/2020 of the Lazio Region call “Green building and Smart Building” (“Public Notice”) approved with Det n. G14229 of 30 November 2016.
